Admissions Manager – Diploma/UG/PG/Ph.D. -  Engineering, Business, Science, Education Programs, 4-10Yrs Experience, Any Post Graduation with experience in Marketing, Educational Sales Experience will be plus.

We’re looking for a seasoned admissions manager, in the field of Engineering, Science, Management, Law, Education, Paramedical Sciences, and Medicine Enrolling Students for Regular (attending /non-attending class mode) / Distance / Online courses /programs as offered by our partner universities. like

1.      UG Programs: BTech, BBA, BCA, B.Ed, BSc, BA, BCOM, LLB, B Pharma /D Pharma, BSc-Nursing / Diploma Nursing, ANM, GNM, BDS, BPH

2.      Diploma / ITI Programs: Diploma in All trade/Branches, ITI in all trade /branches

3.      PG Programs: MA, MSc, MBA, Executive MBA, MTech, Med, MPhil, Ph.D., DPhil, MBBS, MPH, MPharma.


This manager will be responsible for carrying the admissions target as assigned for various universities by the management.

 

This position works very closely with the Director - Admissions & Student Services to meet the assigned targets of both universities and has potential for growth.

Roles and responsibilities:

Design the admission process in an optimal manner

·Work with the university administrators in developing strategies for admission criteria, tests, and policies.

·Evaluate the candidate profile, with the help of academic records, standardized test score, etc. Ensure, all applications are received on time.

·Be a part of the admissions committee during the student interview process and enable is a selection of the target quality students.

·Provide university campus guided tours to visiting, parents and prospective students.

.Work towards developing, maintaining, and executing a communication plan to the prospective and enrolled students.

·Act as a POC for the student till the joining date.

·Develop and monitor statistical records to be able to improve recruitment strategies, yield management, forecasting, and overall operational efficiency.

·Provide information to prospective students and their parents about the university and its enrolment policies. Meet the enrolment goals in the target university.

Oversee all marketing activities, assess the effectiveness and make changes

·Assist in preparing a marketing plan that promotes the institution’s visibility and general recruitment efforts.

·Participate in all Admissions related events and be the institution’s representative.

·Ensure program information is up to date on the university website and any other online/social media. Work with the marketing department to ensure the same.

·Help Marketing Manager to Liaise with agencies for university participation in various Education fairs/Exhibition pan-India.

·Track the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide feedback.

·Participate with the marketing team to design activities within the assigned budget and aligned to strategy.

Team Management & Coordination duties

·Manage, mentor & guide a team of Admissions Counsellors

·Collaborate with staff, faculty, administrators, and internal departments to research and resolve complex student issues relating to admission, registration, late drops, refunds, administrative drops, and withdrawals.

·Monitor compliance with accreditation authority and university regulations with regard to admission, registration, student payment, and related student records.

·Participate in a variety of meetings, committees, task forces, and/or other related groups to communicate information and facilitate continuous improvement of programs and services.

·Interact with finance with respect to student payments & refunds.

Data management & reporting

·Collect and analyze a variety of complex data and information regarding admission, registration, online processes, telephone helpline, and direct services.

·Summarize findings in applicable reports or other communication mediums.

·Present admission and registration information to a variety of audiences.

·Analyse information from multiple sources to enable better lead conversion.

·Maintain statistics related to performance & success rate and channels that have been effective.

Location: Initial job posting for next 3-6 months candidates has to work from remote/home; post-pandemic will have to work from the office.

Job No 2

Admissions Counselor– Diploma/UG/PG/Ph.D. -  Engineering, Business, Science, Education Programs, 0-4Yrs, any Graduate with good communication and convincing skills.


 
Designation: Admission Counsellor 
Initial job posting: Remote/Work from home till pandemic, post from office.
Self-target: Each students counsellor must has to take his/her own self target stating that in one month how many candidate will get admission in one month
Salary: Best in Industry
Incentive: 5%, if going above maximum self-taken enrolment target. 
Working/timing: Monday- Saturday, 9AM to 6PM.
Job posting: Completely work from Home
Travel: 25% i.e. candidate should be ready for traveling (to the schools, colleges, training centers, coaching institutions, NSDC centers) as and when required. 
Required: Laptop, Broadband, smartphone (mandatory).
 
 
Documents required:
 
1. All the academic certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation, etc.)
2. Experience/Training Certification, if any
3. Salary slip of three months or 6 months Bank account statement.
4. Aadhar Card Copy
5. Pan card copy
6. Current residential address proof (e.g. Electricity Bill, Gas Connection Bill, Bank Pass Book copy, Rental / Lease agreement copy.

Roles & Responsibilities 
 
1. To source the candidates/ students from various sources such as Social Media, Schools, Colleges, Training Centres, Coaching Institutions, NSDC Centres, seminars, job fairs etc.
2. To do the advertising - related to course admission (e.g. Admission Open - BED / MED; Study & Exam Mode: Online/ Home but. Degree Offered: Full Time, Job Support- 100% to Each Student admitted for any higher education).
3. To make cold calls, email, WhatsApp chat, do virtual or face to face meetings with the students and with their parents and counsel them for admissions as offered by our various 70+ partnered Universities and colleges across India.
4. Recommend suitable courses as per student’s interest and by seeing their academic background. 
5. Channel Marketing: To find Educational Consultants, HR consultants, training institutions, Independent consultants then sign the partnership agreements with the channel partners. 
6. To educate / guide channel partners about new courses, admissions and offers.
7. To fill and submit the Admission Enquiry Form of each student (Must mention Referral Person Details).
8. Collect documents (only soft copies) of the students and submit them to the respective University / College's admission department. 
9. Share payment links to the students or to their parents and guide them to make payment in their respective university/ college Bank account. 
10. Collect fee receipt and submit to the backend dept. and to the respective student's. Other roles may be assigned from time to time.
 
Note
1. We do the third-party background verification and police verification as well, hence, candidates must have to sign the background verification declaration form.
2. Companies may terminate or may take legal action if any employee is found in dual employment, criminal offense, police/court case, illegal/forge documents, not achieving his/her own self taken target (during the interview), or in case of non-performance.
3. For zero-result employees company can't pay the salary. 
4. To get eligible for his/her minimum salary employee should achieve his minimum self-taken target. 
5. Every six months salary, incentive, and business target may be revised according to the performance or as per mutual understanding, or as per Reporting manager's recommendation. 
6. Incentives will be paid on a quarterly basis. 
7. Promotion will be given on the basis of employee’s performance and according to the rating designed by the company or as per his/her reporting manager's recommendation and behavior
8. Employee release policy: Employees must serve the notice period of two months(mandatory), no settlement or relieving letter if an employee leaves the organization without notification and salary/incentive will be stopped.
8. If any employee not performing continuously for 30 days or sitting at 0 or 1 result will be removed.
