Programme Overview

Job Description
The purpose of this role is to collaborate with Key Contacts across GMNS to ensure robust Business Continuity Management (BCM) is in place to meet and exceed Control Rating Thresholds.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the Annual Exercise and Plan approval process to ensure compliance with control rating requirements for the business unit in accordance with AEMP 05
Collaborate with business unit for BC plan review and make archer updates on behalf of the business
Liaising with the Disaster Recovery Team to ensure compliance on the DR parameters owned by BCP coordinators (BIA linkage to Apps and ARTO assignment)
Support the annual BIA recertification exercise end to end
Support the Enterprse Resiliencey audits and regulatory requirements such as resolution planning etc.
Maintain status reports and trackers for compliance programs and internal use
Publish monthly volume report and half yearly business unit review
Support user access requests to compliance systems
Manage communications to Enterprise Resilience business owners
Support partners in remediation/cleanup project
Implement process improvements to gain efficiency and increase effectiveness
