Job Details 
Designation: Academic Counsellor

Key Tasks: Students Sourcing (Lead Generation), Counselling,  Admission then Placement and Onboarding 

Experience: 0-5 Years
Job Location: Pan India- Remote Work

Requirements
Knowledge in Digital Marketing,  SMM, SMO, Facebook Marketing,  B2B Marketing,  Recruiting,  Training,  Couselliing,  English Communication 

Roles & Responsibilities 
 
1. To source the candidates/ students from various sources such as Social Media, Schools, Colleges, Training Centres, Coaching Institutions, NSDC Centres, seminars, job fairs and counsel them to take admission in any course / any out of 350+ partner university list and suggest them best course, best university as per student's fee budget, suggest scholarship and fee discount given by the Netaps Education India Foundation etc.

2. To do the advertising - related to course admission (e.g. Admission Open - BED / MED; Study & Exam Mode: Online/ Home but. Degree Offered: Full Time, Job Support- 100% to Each Student admitted for any higher education).

3. To make cold calls, email, WhatsApp chat, do virtual or face to face meetings with the students and with their parents and counsel them for admissions as offered by our various 100+ partnered Universities and colleges across India.

4. Recommend suitable courses as per student's interest and by seeing their academic background. 

5. Channel Marketing: To find educational consultants, HR consultants, training institutions, Independent consultants, insurance consultants, then sign the partnership agreements with the channel partners and ask them to be partner with Netaps Educate India Foundationa and earn a fixed referral % commission. 

6. To educate / guide channel partners about new courses, admissions scholarships, stipend opportunity, job opportunity and overseas or abroad opportunity.

7. To fill and submit the Admission Enquiry Form of student or share Admission the enquiry Form with the student and ask them to fill the Admission Enquiry Form using link https://shorturl.at/asKV1 of each student (must mention referral person details).

8. Collect documents (only soft copies) of the students and submit them to the official email.
9. Share payment links to the students or to their parents and guide / assist them "How to make the Fee payment" in their respective university/ college bank account. 

10. Collect fee receipt and submit to the backend dept. via email and to the respective student's. 

11. Other roles may be assigned from time to time.


Other Information 

Incentive: Incentive of 2.5%-10% will be given to those employees' whoever will complete their maximum self-taken target.

Work Timing: Monday- Saturday, 9AM to 6.30PM.

Travel: 25% i.e. candidate should be ready for traveling (to the schools, colleges, training centers, coaching institutions, NSDC centers) as and when required i.e. 5-6 times in one month.

Computer & Software Requirements: 
Laptop, Broadband, smartphone (mandatory)., Knowledge of Internet,  Digital Marketing,  Paint, Graphic,  Paint, Video Making & Editing, Portfolio Design,  Email Writing,  Proposal Writing,  Business Communication,  MS Office, Power Point,  Excel, Webinar Organization etc.

Performance Measurement Criteria 
For the role of Academic Counsellor/ Business Development Executives - only criteria of performance measurement is "Number /Volume of Business Achieved in a particular Month".


General Terms & Conditions: 
1. We do the third party background verification and police verification as well, hence, candidates must have to sign the background verification declaration form.

2. Companies may terminate or may take legal action if any employee is found in dual employment, criminal offense, police/court case, illegal/forge documents, not achieving his/her own self taken target (during interview) or in case of non-performance.

3. If any employee don't perform for consecutive 45 days post joining and intial training of 7 days, I.e. If found at zero result company may remove the employee without payment. 

4. To get eligible for his/her minimum salary employee should achieve his minimum self-taken target. 

5. Every six months' salary, incentive, and business target may be revised according to the performance or as per mutual understanding or as per reporting manager's recommendation. 

6. Incentive will be paid on quarterly basis. 
7. Promotion will be given on the basis of employee's performance and according to the rating designed by the company or as per his/her reporting manager's recommendation and behavior. 

8. Employee release policy: Employees must serve the notice period of two months (mandatory), no settlement or relieving letter, if employee leaves the organization without notification and salary/incentive will be stopped.

8. If any employee not performing continuously for the 30 days or sitting at 0 or 1 result will be removed. 

9. For Team leader / Manager /Regional Manager's –Manager's has to achieve at least 50% of self-assigned target.
