हम नीचे दो विकल्पों के साथ उम्मीदवार को प्लेसमेंट सेवा प्रदान करते हैं। उम्मीदवार इनमें से किसी भी विकल्प का चयन कर सकते हैं।
उम्मीदवार का प्लेसमेंट विकल्प संख्या - एक
(प्लेसमेंट शुल्क का भुगतान करें)
सफल प्लेसमेंट के बाद-उम्मीदवार NETAPS फाउंडेशन को प्लेसमेंट शुल्क का भुगतान कर सकते हैं।
प्लेसमेंट शुल्क = वार्षिक सीटीसी का 8.3% + जीएसटी (यानी एक महीने का वेतन + जीएसटी)
उदा. मान लीजिए, उम्मीदवार को 6LPA का ऑफर मिला है, तो NETAPS प्लेसमेंट शुल्क की गणना इस प्रकार की जाएगी-
= (8.33% * 6000, 00) + 18% (8.33%*6000,00)
= 49980 + 18% (49980)
=49980 + 8996.4
=58,976 (जो एक महीने के वेतन + जीएसटी के बराबर है)
लेकिन, नौकरी चाहने वालों के प्रोफाइल पर काम करना शुरू करने से पहले उम्मीदवार को टोकन के रूप में 5000 रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा, जिसे शेष फीस-पोस्ट प्लेसमेंट में समायोजित किया जा सकता है। क्यूंकि पहले हमने बहुत सारे कैंडिडेट्स को बिना टोकन अमाउंट / एडवांस्ड अमाउंट लिए बिना ही प्लेसमेंट दिया बाद में उन लोगो ने जॉब लगने के बाद अपना मोबाइल ही बंद कर दिया या फिर फोन उठाना ही बंद कर दिया। बहुत सारे ऐसे हुए की - प्लेसमेंट के बाद आज तक पालकेमेन्ट फीस नहीं दिया। इसलिए , किसी कैंडिडेट के प्रोफाइल पर काम सुरु करने से पहले उससे एडवांस टोकन अमाउंट मांगते है। जो की आगे की फीस में अडजस्टेबले होता है। इसलिए केवल सीरियस कैंडिडेट ही संपर्क करें।
उम्मीदवार का प्लेसमेंट विकल्प संख्या -दो
(उच्च शिक्षा के लिए जाएं अर्थात NETAPS के साथ किसी भी कोर्स में एडमिशन ले-लें तब आपको प्लेसमेंट शुल्क का भुगतान करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है)
विकल्प संख्या दो में, जब नौकरी चाहने वाला या उम्मीदवार NETAPS फाउंडेशन को प्लेसमेंट शुल्क का भुगतान नहीं करना चाहता है, तो इस मामले में उम्मीदवार को NETAPS फाउंडेशन के सहयोगी विश्वविद्यालय के साथ किसी भी उच्च डिग्री/डिप्लोमा/व्यावसायिक प्रमाणपत्र पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश लेना होगा।
लेकिन, किसी भी पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश के लिए, उम्मीदवार को विश्वविद्यालय / कॉलेज के आवेदन पत्र शुल्क + प्रवेश शुल्क (जो अधिकतम 5 से 10 हजार तक है) का भुगतान करना होगा, और पाठ्यक्रम / विश्वविद्यालय / कॉलेज के शेष शुल्क का भुगतान आसानी से किया जा सकता है। ईएमआई पोस्ट नौकरी मिल रही है।
उदाहरण के लिए, कोई पॉलिटेक्निक में प्रवेश लेना चाहता है- और कॉलेज की फीस है, मान लीजिए 36000/सेमेस्टर, और आवेदन फॉर्म की फीस है, मान लीजिए 1000, और प्रवेश शुल्क सिर्फ एक महीने की फीस है जो 6000 के बराबर है (यहाँ, 36000/ 6 = 6000): इसलिए, पॉलिटेक्निक में प्रवेश के लिए- उम्मीदवार को सिर्फ भुगतान करना होगा: 1000 रुपये + 6000 रुपये = 7000 रुपये। और शेष 30000 रुपये NETAPS Foundation द्वारा नौकरी या अप्रेंटिसशिप प्राप्त करने के बाद भुगतान किया जा सकता है।
इसे औद्योगिक शिक्षा/वजीफा या वेतन आधारित शिक्षा/अप्रेंटिसशिप आधारित शिक्षा/उन्नत प्लेसमेंट वाली शिक्षा कहा जाता है। जो कि NETAPS (नेशनल एम्प्लॉयमेंट थ्रू अप्प्रेन्टिसशिप बेस्ड एजुकेशन ) फाउंडेशन (NGO ), गवर्नमेंट द्वारा चलाये जा रहे NAPS (नेशनल एम्प्लॉयमेंट प्रमोशन स्कीम ) और NATS (नेशनल अप्प्रेन्टिसेहीसप टेस्टिंग सिस्टम ) के जरिये पढाई के साथ कमाई करने का अवसर प्रदान करता है।
NETAPS स्कीम का फायदा कोई भी पास या फ़ैल स्टूडेंट (१०, १२, आईटीआई , डिप्लोमा, कोई भी ग्रेजुएट , या पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट स्टूडेंट /कैंडिडेट ले सकता है ).
और कैंडिडेट को रेफेर करने पर NETAPS फाउंडेशन ५०० से १०००० रूपये तक का रेफरल बोनस देती है। अगर कोई एडमिशन काउंसलर या एडमिशन मैनेजर के रूप में अपने सिटी या डिस्ट्रिक्ट से फुल टाइम या पार्ट टाइम काम करना चाहता है तो वो ७८९२५३०५२८ पर संपर्क कर सकता है।

प्र20. क्या NETAPS फाउंडेशन मेरी शिक्षा के लिए शिक्षा ऋण में सहायता कर सकता है?
ए20. हमारे छात्रों को किसी भी प्रकार के ऋण की आवश्यकता नहीं है- क्योंकि यहां छात्रों को अगले महीने से किसी भी पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश के बाद वजीफा/वेतन मिलना शुरू हो जाता है।
प्र21. प्रारंभ में, प्रशिक्षण के दौरान एक छात्र कितना वेतन/वजीफा पाने की उम्मीद कर सकता है या प्राप्त कर सकता है?

Dear JOB SEEKER,
We provide Placement Service-to the candidate with the below TWO Options. Any of the option candidates can select.
CANDIDATES the PLACEMENT OPTION NUMBER – ONE
(PAY THE PLACEMENT FEE)
After successful placement –candidate can pay the Placement fees to NETAPS Foundation.
Placement Fee= 8.3% of Annual CTC + GST i.e. ONE Month Salary + GST
E.g. let suppose, the candidate got an offer of 6LPA, then NETAPS Placement Charge will be calculated as-
= (8.33% * 6000, 00) + 18 %( 8.33%*6000,00)
= 49980 + 18 %( 49980)
=49980 + 8996.4
=58,976 (Which is equivalent to one Month's Salary + GST)
But, before starting work on the job seekers' profile candidates have to pay Rs 5000 as a token which can be adjusted in remaining fees –post placement. Because earlier we gave placement to many candidates without taking a token amount / advanced amount, later those people switched off their mobile or stopped picking up the phone after getting the job. Many such cases happened - after placement, the placement fee was not paid to date. Therefore, before starting work on the profile of a candidate, an advance token amount is asked from him. Which is adjustable in further fees. So only serious candidates should contact.

CANDIDATE'S PLACEMENT OPTION NUMBER –TWO
(Go for higher education i.e. take admission in any course with NETAPS then you don't need to pay placement fee)
In option number two, when a job seeker or candidate doesn't want to pay the Placement Fees to the NETAPS foundation, in this case, candidates have to take admission in any higher degree/diploma/professional certificate course with the partner University of NETAPS Foundation.
But, for admission in any course, the candidate has to pay the University / College' Application Form Fees + Admission Fees (which is a maximum of 5 to 10 Thousand only, and remaining fee of the course/university/college can be paid in easy EMI post getting a job.
For example, someone wants to take admitted to a polytechnic- and the college Fee is, say 36000/semester, and the plication form fee is, say 1000, and the admission fee is just one month of Fee which is equivalent to 6000 (here, 36000/6= 6000): Hence, to admission in Polytechnic- the candidate has to pay just: Rs 1000 + Rs 6000= Rs 7000 only. And Remaining 30000 Fee can be paid after getting a job or apprenticeship by NETAPS Foundation.
Question: If I'll take admission or have paid advance token money for placement, in how many days NETAPS Foundation can provide employment or Apprenticeship?
Answer: For the 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, UG(Non-Technical)- within 2-4 weeks; and for Technical candidates/Job Seekers- 4-6 Weeks.
Question 2: Once I have paid-University Admission Fee, In how many days I'll get my Student ID Card/Admission Letter?
Answer: All documents will be sent within 7 working days.

Q1. Is it mandatory to take admission before an interview or joining?
A1. YES, because we have hired many candidates previously – but once the selection is done they run away to different companies with offer letters for offer trading.
Q2. How much is the Admission Fee & Course Registration Fee?
A2. FEE varies from university to university and college to college and course to course.
Q3. Will I have to pay the course registration fee via Cash or in any personal account?
A3. NO. students have to pay their course fee directly to the respective university or Education Trust or college or Company's Account only.
Q4. Can the student select the University/college/college of his/her choice?
A4. YES, NETAPS has tie-ups with various universities/colleges –hence candidates will get the option to select the university/college of their choice. But, it is suggested go as per company guidelines if looking for OPEN BOOK EXAM WRITING FACILITY with JOB.
Q5. How are the classes and exam schedule?
A5. Classes & Exam: Only on Sat & Sunday or only on Holidays.
Q6. Does the exam happen online or offline?
A6. Exam –multiple choices based online. OPEN BOOK EXAM.
Q7. Will I get a Regular Degree or Distance or Online?

Q8. Which are the certificates that a candidate will receive if he/she goes for such education?

A9. NO- that is upto candidate's choice. The candidate will be paying the Tuition Fee/Exam Fee after getting the job i.e. from next month onward.
Q10. How much Fee needs to be cleared to be eligible to write the exam?
A10. At least 50% in tier three and four category institutions but in the case of Tier 1- 100%, and Tier 2- 75% of the semester or yearly fee.
Q11. Will the students get any kind of scholarship?
A11. YES, candidates can apply for the scholarship –we have various scholarship opportunities under NETAPS Foundation.

A19. NO. We don't charge or ask the cash/money in favor of the job hence beware of the fraud.
Q20. Can NETAPS Foundation support the induction Loan for my education?
A20. Our students don't require any kind of loan- because here- students start getting a stipend/salary just post admission in any course from the next month onward.
Q21. Initially, how much salary/stipend during training a student can expect or get?
A21. The government stipend range is 7-10 thousand per month; but in Pvt companies, it is 10-35 thousand per month. It can be more –depends upon the candidate's communication and personality, skills, and knowledge.
Q22. I have financial issues; hence I can't take admission. to any higher education. Is there any job that I can do from my home city with some fixed salary that I can earn first, I'll get my 1st salary then I will enroll myself in any higher education?
A22. Yes, we have the following job vacancies to which. any Diploma/Degree candidate can apply. And, once they get their 1st salary they can take admission in any course with NETAPS Foundation.

About NETAPS
NETAPS FOUNDATION (NETAPS-National Employment Through Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme), an NGO, facilitate 100% Practical Apprenticeship or Stipend Linked Education to All, specially to the students/ candidates staying in the rural sector and coming under the economically weaker section where they don't have money to study and don't know how and from where to start the career. Since 2008, NETAPS act as a mentor, guide, trainer, career counselor for economically weak students and provide these services at NILL cost.
For any student whoever don't have the money to study professional courses such as ITI, Diploma, Engineering, MBA, Nursing, Pharmacy, Education, Humanities & Social Sciences or any course of their choice and have a dream to go abroad, we first arrange an Apprenticeship or Scholarship then train design their portfolio, he him/her to get their dream education with stipend in India and Abroad.
NETAPS Scholarship Scheme is for Indian students (9th, 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, any UG/PG) who are economically weak, is an initiative by the NETAPS FOUNDATION.
The scheme aims to recognize and promote Apprenticeship / practical education beyond Class 10th among all economically weaker section students. A total of 2,500 fresh scholarships are disbursed every year under this scheme.
At NETAPS, we facilitate an apprenticeship or job to the students or candidates just post admission or registration in any course of their choice within 30 - 180 days.
Fee Structure: To the candidates -no need to pay the course fee/tuition fee/exam fee till he/she doesn't get the Apprenticeship or Job or Scholarship. For Admission in any course, candidate have just buy the Application Form from NETAPS Partner Universities so that we provide proof of Admission/ Course Registration Certificate to the Scholarship Authorities or Apprenticeship Providing Companies.
Here, all selected students work Monday to Friday, under an Engineer or manager in an MNC production /service based company and attend the classes on holidays and their exams- online and OPEN BOOK EXAM
We provide "PAY AFTER PLACEMENT" program in partnership with 700+ academics and 3900+ industry partners.

With these objectives, the Trust proposes to grant Apprenticeship or Scholarships to economical weaker students with 100% job. Male or female, from India, who have in the year 2005, passed class 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, or any UG examination and whose family income is less than Rs. 3,00,000/- per year and as such are in need of financial help to pursue further studies.
Further studies may be in any stream including ITI, diploma, Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering, Management, Medicine, Architecture, Lawor professional courses such as Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretaryship and Cost Accountancy if being pursued along with Under Graduation degree Course, in any recognized University/Institution in India.
Scholarship amount, to be granted to a limited number of selected students, will be to cover Tuition Fees and Hostel Fees, [where applicable], subject to a ceiling of Rs. 50,000/- per student per year. The Scholarship will be granted students for one year at a time and to be continued upon satisfactory performance by the Student in the preceding year, as evaluated by the Trust, up to completion of the Course subject to a ceiling of 4 years, on yearly basis. Additional onetime payment of Rs. 7000/- towards purchase of Books in 1st Year shall also be given.
For selection of Students for Scholarship, an Expert Panel will review the applications received and interview shortlisted prospective candidates. The decision of the Expert Panel will be final. It is expected that financial support of NETAPS Foundation will help produce future leaders of the country.
