About NETAPS

 

 NETAPS (National Employment Through Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) Foundation,  an NGO, promote and facilitate 100% Practical Apprenticeship or Stipend Linked Education to All(starting from 8th to Ph.D. level), especially to the students/ candidates staying in the rural sector and coming under the economically weaker section where they don't have money to study and don't know how and from where to start the career. Since 2008, NETAPS has acted as a mentor, guide, trainer, and career & education counselor for economically weak students and provided these services at NIL cost.

 

For any student who doesn't have the money to study professional courses such as ITI, Diploma, Engineering, MBA, Nursing, Pharmacy, Education, Humanities & Social Sciences or any course of their choice and have a dream to go abroad, we first arrange and complete his/her recognized admission in an Indian and Govt recognized university, then arrange an Apprenticeship with the help of our 3980+ industry partners, or 100% Scholarship then train, design their portfolio, help him/her to get their dream education with stipend in India and abroad.

 

NETAPS Scholarship Scheme is for Indian students (8th, 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, UG/PG, and Ph.D.) who are economically weak and is an initiative by the NETAPS FOUNDATION. 

 

The scheme aims to recognize and promote Apprenticeship / practical education beyond Class 8th among all economically weaker section students. A total of 10,000 fresh scholarships are disbursed every year under this scheme.

At NETAPS, we facilitate an apprenticeship or job to the students or candidates just post admission or registration in any course of their choice within 30 - 180 days. 

 

Fee Structure: To the candidates -no need to pay the course fee/tuition fee/exam fee till he/she doesn't get the Apprenticeship, Job, or Scholarship. For Admission to any course, candidates have to buy the Application Form from NETAPS Partner Universities so that they can provide proof of Admission/ Course Registration Certificate to the Scholarship Authorities or Apprenticeship Providing Companies.

  

Here, all selected students work Monday to Friday, under an Engineer or manager in an MNC production /service-based company  and attend the classes on holidays and their exams- online and OPEN BOOK EXAM

 

We provide a "PAY AFTER PLACEMENT" program in partnership with 700+ academics and 3900+ industry p   artners.

 

 

 

OUR MISSION

·       Mission to recruit, train, counsel, with 100% employment to 50, 000, 00 (Ten Lakhs) youths/ candidates through Apprenticeship Degree Program in the next 5 years

·       Mission to empower 20,000,00 (20 Lakhs Women/Girls) by facilitating them directly – free* education, apprenticeship, and employment in the next 3 years

·       Mission to reach and connect with 10, 00,000 (Ten Lakhs) school-level students and educate them on digital technologies  (8th to 10th level) annually.

·       Mission to recruit and deploy 5000 employees in NETAPS under Apprenticeship Degree Program across India.

 

 

OUR VISION

 

 ·       To become one point of contact, as a mentor, guide, educational & career counselor, trainer, like a parent,  for the country's youth especially, those staying in rural areas- and who are 

  • academically weak 
  • socially disconnected (e.g. tribal youths) 
  • economically weak or BPL(below the poverty line) category youth
  • poor or don't know  English communication, and
  • poor or don't know computer communication,  in providing & facilitating at almost free of cost-  social security (like health and medical insurance), employment,  practical and stipend-based education in the world.

 Objectives of NETAPS

 

1.        To support LEFT OUT candidates due to any reasons such as-

                     I.            Financially Weak Youths

                   II.            Academically Weak Youths

                  III.            Socially Disconnected Youths (E.g. Tribal Youths)

                  IV.            Failed Category Youths

 

2.        To convert 90% of the theoretical Education & 10% Practical Education System of the colleges/universities into 90% of Practical Education & 10% of the Theoretical education. (E.g. Mechanic, Electrician)

3.        To remove the barrier of finance of the parents for any education from 8th Class to Ph.D. Level.

4.        To Create Employers /Entrepreneurs/ Business Professionals in Society not just Employees.

5.        To send 25000 candidates(25% of the 2 Lakh) in overseas markets such as Gulf Countries, Canada, Australia, etc. as Skilled, Experienced Employees with a minimum salary range of $60,000 to $120,000 Per Year.

6.        To create a pool of Investors, a minimum of 250 investors annually, for India.

7.        To improve the Gross Income of the Society through overseas employment and practical bases / apprenticeship-based education, and in turn helping in our country's GDP and matching as per the vision of the Prime Ministers' 5 Trillion economies.

8.        To fill the gap of education and employment, specially, from Rural Areas, Tribal Areas.

9.        To provide/facilitate almost FREE EDUCATION and FREE COUNSELING @Pin Level

10.     To give positive direction to the energy of the country's youth, especially to the teenage (15 years to 30 years)

11.     To remove the myth of the ENGLISH through Practical Based Education & Training

12.     To provide/facilitate all the education & training in regional language.

13.     To provide/facilitate all the education & training directly by the IIT and Industry Experts.

14.     To promote and facilitate Apprenticeship Based Education and tell the importance of such education to society.

15.     To provide financially independent youth through STIPEND LINKED EDUCATION & TRAINING.

16.     To provide/facilitate financial and digital literacy training and secure them financially at 50% cost of the insurance premium.

 

 

One Year Target

1.        To increase employee strength by up to 1000.

2.        To increase the vendor base from 1960 to 3000.

3.        To change the career of the 20,000,00 Youths (especially to the left-out* youths)

4.        To increase the academic base from 700 to 1500

5.        To develop 25 regional offices through a franchise module.

6.        To develop 5 Rural Call Centers in the next 1 Yr

 

With these mission, vision, and objectives, the Trust proposes to grant Apprenticeships or Scholarships to economically weaker students with 100% jobs. Male or female, from India, who have passed class  8th, 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, or any UG, PG, examination and whose family income is less than Rs. 5,00,000/- per year and as such are in need of financial help to pursue further studies.

Responsibilities


Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as Country, Course, Universities, program selection, and career planning.

Ensure admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and travel are done within deadlines.

Provide accurate information regarding the study abroad programs, courses, colleges and universities, and countries like Canada, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Singapore, Malta, Australia, the UK, Rest of Europe), Malaysia,

Provide all the information sought precisely by the parent and/or student. Clarifying doubts in filling up forms or doubts of any other nature.

Share in detail about the course for abroad Education i.e. for Diploma, Bachelor, and Masters (all streams)

Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals

Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by College/universities and use the knowledge in helping students

Help students with every detail from registration to flying to the host country.

Maintain a proper database of students counseled and applications sent abroad

Receive client details and judge the suitability of the candidate for the course and university of his/her choice and accordingly give guidance

Assisting with activities to promote Universities represented by the Company

Analyze the mindset of the students who are interested in abroad education and Motivate and encourage clients to take up the course

Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students, parents

Should be comfortable in promoting companies' study abroad programs to students/parents in a professional manner

Responsible for timely reporting to the Manage
