NETAPS Foundation - Objectives and Employment Terms and Conditions

Dear Job Seeker,

Warm greetings from NETAPS Foundation. Before we delve into the specifics of job vacancies and associated terms, allow me to provide an introduction to NETAPS Foundation.

Established in June 2008 by Dhruv Dubey, Ipsita, and Rajashekar, NETAPS Foundation operates as a management consulting firm. We employ both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) models, directly engaging with schools, colleges, universities, coaching, and training centers to conduct extensive educational and career counseling sessions for teenagers and youths aged 18-45 years. Our focus lies particularly on individuals who face academic challenges, social disconnection, economic hardship, possess dummy degrees or diplomas, lack proficiency in English and computer skills, or are part of the LGBTQI community.

The objectives of NETAPS Foundation are as follows:

1.      To provide support to individuals who have been marginalized due to various factors such as:

·       Financial constraints

·       Academic setbacks, including failures or backlogs

·       Social isolation (e.g., tribal youths)

·       Communication deficiencies (e.g., in computer and English)

·       Transgender individuals (including LGBTQI)

2.      To bridge the gap between theoretical education and practical application by ensuring that 90% of theoretical learning is converted into practical experience through industry-integrated education or Work Study Programs. This initiative aims to address the prevalent issue wherein graduates lack practical skills, hindering their employability post-graduation.

3.      To advocate for the importance of practical and industry-oriented education. This is best illustrated through an example: Imagine encountering a problem while riding a bike. Initially, one attempts to resolve it independently. However, if unsuccessful, assistance is sought from a mechanic who, despite lacking formal education, has acquired practical skills through hands-on experience. Despite possessing extensive practical knowledge, individuals like mechanics may face barriers to advancing to higher positions due to the lack of formal technical qualifications.

Therefore, the additional objectives of NETAPS Foundation are:

4.       To eliminate financial barriers for students, particularly those who aspire to pursue further education but lack financial resources. NETAPS employs an "Earn while you Learn" model, guaranteeing 100% job placement post-admission with salaries ranging from 20 Thousand to 1 lakh per month. This enables economically disadvantaged youths to pursue higher education such as B.Tech, MBA, Ph.D., or any course of their choice with regular degree options.

5.       To address the gap in technical and professional education by providing hands-on experience through participation in live projects.

6.       To reduce the unemployment gap and crime rate through industry-integrated education. By engaging individuals in industry activities throughout the day and providing facilities such as free food, clothing, transportation, and boarding/hostel facilities, NETAPS aims to decrease crime rates.

7.       To foster entrepreneurship in society through practical-based education. After 3-5 years of industrial training, NETAPS facilitates the establishment of businesses, offering project and fund management support. This initiative aims to create a chain of entrepreneurs nurtured by NETAPS Foundation.

8.       To recruit 2 lakh candidates annually, with 50 thousand being converted into entrepreneurs, 50 thousand as investors, and the remaining 1 lakh as responsible citizens of the country.

9.       To send 50 thousand candidates (25% of the 2 lakh) to overseas markets as skilled resources, especially to countries facing shortages in skilled manpower.

10.     To create a minimum of 250+ potential investors for the country.

11.     To enhance the Gross Income of society through overseas employment and apprenticeship-based education, contributing to the nation's GDP in alignment with the vision of achieving a 5 trillion-dollar economy set by the Prime Minister.

12.     To bridge the gap in technical and professional education and employment, thereby reducing crime rates, particularly in rural and tribal areas.

13.     To provide nearly free education and counseling at the pin level.

14.     To channel the energy of the country's youth, particularly teenagers (15 to 30 years old), in a positive direction.

15.     To dispel the myth of English as a mandatory language for becoming an engineer or doctor through practical education and training.

16.     To offer education and training in regional languages to promote linguistic diversity.

17.     To provide education and training directly by IIT and industry experts online, ensuring 100% quality practical-based learning from industry and theoretical-based learning from top institutes in the country.

18.     To promote and facilitate apprenticeship-based education or stipend-based education, especially for teenagers and youths who are freshers or possess dummy degrees and diplomas, thus enabling them to secure employment.

19.     To empower financially independent youths through stipend-linked education and training, along with financial investment guidance, encouraging them to invest in systematic investment plans (SIP) and insurance policies for their future.

20.     To provide financial and digital literacy training to 1 lakh students, equipping them with the latest digital transformation tools and applications.

21.     To offer a minimum annual package of at least Rs 6 lakh per annum post successful industrial training and degree completion to all youths/candidates who have undergone admission and on-the-job training as recommended by NETAPS Foundation.

22.     To provide training in two foreign languages, eliminating the need for exams like IELTS or TOEFL when going abroad, thus facilitating direct entry based on practical skills and knowledge.

23.     To provide free education and career counseling directly at schools, colleges, training centers, and company premises.

24.     To address attrition issues in industries by implementing NETAPS Foundation's Industry Synergised Education Model or integrating Work Study Programs in companies.

25.     Hence, our motto: Practical Learning – Earning – and Promotion.

We currently have vacancies available under our "Work Study Programme," which entails that candidates must enroll in higher education with NETAPS after being selected for employment with NETAPS or its clients. This registration is mandatory. Additionally, please note that candidates or their parents are responsible for bearing the college/university admission application fees, which amount to 30% of the semester or annual fee. Once selected and upon joining the organization, candidates can pay the college/university fees in monthly installments (EMI).

Classes and exams are conducted online and during weekends, allowing candidates to pursue their higher education dreams without incurring any financial burden. After 2-4 years, candidates will emerge with real-time experience and a fixed-salary job from day one. So, why wait? Take admission in any technical or professional course like MBA/PhD/BTech/Nursing/Pharmacy with NETAPS and join NETAPS or its client as a full-time employee post-admission. This initiative aligns with the government's "Seekho Aur Kamaao Yojna" (Learn and Earn Scheme).

It is essential to note that failure to comply with the aforementioned terms will result in the candidate having to pay a placement fee equivalent to two months' salary. If you agree to these terms, kindly share your updated CV with details of your current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period to NETAPSFoundation@Gmail.Com. Please mention "Apply for Work Study Program_Course Name_Your Name_City" in the subject line. Upon receipt of your email, we will review your profile, provide you with the Admission cum Job Application form, and schedule your interview with our client within 24 working hours.

Furthermore, our company is hiring freelance/part-time/full-time professionals for Lead Generation, Counseling, Admission, and Recruitment roles, offering a salary range of 20 Thousand to 50 Thousand per month.

For more information about our company and job vacancies, please visit our website www.NETAPS.in, or contact us via call or WhatsApp at 78925 30528.

Please note: If you are not interested in higher education with employment or are unwilling to pay the placement fees, you may explore other opportunities elsewhere, as NETAPS only employs the Earn While You Learn Program.

We wish you the best of luck and thank you for considering NETAPS Foundation.
