**About NETAPS Foundation**

Furthermore, we offer insurance coverage of up to Rs 10 lakh per student as social security, particularly targeting individuals aged 18 to 45 who may have been marginalized for any reason.
NETAPS Foundation is led by Mr. Dhruv Dubey, a serial entrepreneur, with Mr. Rajasekhar Ji, Consulting HR Head – Ipsita, serving as a mentor and guide.
**Who does the NETAPS Foundation work for?**
NETAPS Foundation is dedicated to serving six categories of individuals:
1. Academically weak individuals or those who have failed or have backlogs in exams.
2. Economically disadvantaged youth or those from the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category who aspire to achieve but lack resources like education, health, and job opportunities.

**Job Summary:**
NETAPS (National Employment Through Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) Foundation seeks dedicated professionals to spearhead the implementation of the Government Apprenticeship Degree Program across India. The role involves comprehensive management of the program at the PIN code level, with a focus on recruitment, counseling, admissions, and strategic stakeholder engagement. We are hiring over 766 professionals for both full-time and part-time positions, offering both remote and in-office opportunities.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
1. **Lead Generation:**
- Identify and engage potential candidates, particularly youths aged 17 to 35, including those in rural areas and marginalized communities.
- Utilize various channels such as educational institutions, job fairs, social media, and community counseling to generate leads.
- Encourage candidates to pursue apprenticeship-based education, highlighting its benefits and relevance to their career goals.
2. **Counseling:**
- Provide comprehensive counseling to candidates about apprenticeship-based courses, emphasizing the program's advantages and career prospects.
- Offer guidance on suitable career paths based on individual interests and aptitudes.
- Conduct mass counseling sessions through various mediums to raise awareness about the significance of practical, industry-oriented education.
3. **Admission/Enrollment:**
- Facilitate the admission process for candidates, especially those who have faced academic challenges or come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Explain the features and benefits of NETAPS Foundation's programs to prospective trainees, addressing their concerns and motivating them to enroll.
- Meet individual and team admission targets through effective counseling and mentoring.
4. **Channel Marketing/Vendor Development:**
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions and training centers to expand the program's reach.
- Collaborate with channel partners and vendors to promote apprenticeship-based education and facilitate admissions.
5. **Franchise Development:**
- Lead the establishment of new franchise offices across different districts, ensuring adherence to franchise terms and performance targets.
- Provide support to franchise partners in setting up operations and recruiting and training their teams.
6. **Corporate Marketing:**
- Develop proposals and presentations for corporate clients, focusing on campus hiring and recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate partners to drive program objectives.
**Job Expectations:**
- Set and achieve personal and team targets for revenue generation, admissions, and placements.
- Oversee follow-up activities with students and parents to ensure timely fee payments and address any concerns.
- Demonstrate readiness to acquire new skills such as social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Contribute insights into addressing societal challenges related to education, employment, and social inclusion.
**Mandatory Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in team management, vendor development, and corporate marketing.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
- Background in sales and marketing, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
- Experience in recruitment, campus hiring, or mass recruitment activities.
- Ability to work independently and align with organizational objectives.
**Qualifications:**
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent, with strong communication and presentation skills.
