🔎 Role Overview
GaonBazaar is expanding its Earn While You Learn Programs, integrating education, skills, and employment pathways. We are seeking a Director – Admissions who will take complete ownership of admission growth, outreach execution, partner coordination, and revenue delivery across multiple university and skill partners.
This is a hands-on, target-driven leadership role, not a consulting or advisory position.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Admission Ownership
Lead end-to-end admissions for Earn While You Learn programs
Manage the complete funnel: Lead Generation → Counselling → Enrollment
Ensure optimal seat utilization across programs and partners
Outreach & Enrollment Execution
Drive student mobilization across rural, semi-urban, and urban markets
Execute digital, field, institutional, and call-center-based campaigns
Conduct admission drives with colleges, ITIs, NGOs, and training partners
Target Planning & Achievement
Define and achieve Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly admission targets
Break targets by program, region, channel, and partner
Ensure revenue and enrollment commitments are met
Individual Target Assignment
Assign individual weekly and monthly targets to:
Admission Managers
Counselors
Field Coordinators
Monitor conversions, productivity, and closures
Implement corrective action plans where required
Team Leadership & Performance
Build, train, and manage multi-location admission teams
Review performance through dashboards, MIS, and weekly reviews
Drive accountability and performance-linked outcomes
Partner & Client Management
Work with multiple universities, skill partners, and industry-linked programs
Manage SLAs, intake commitments, and reporting
Ensure partner satisfaction and program scalability

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
8–15 years of experience in admissions, outreach, or education partnerships
Proven experience in multi-institute / multi-client environments
Strong record of target ownership and team-based performance delivery
Preferred
Experience with Earn While You Learn, Apprenticeship, NSDC, or Skill-based programs
Exposure to rural and semi-urban education markets
Working knowledge of CRM and admission dashboards
