Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana: मध्य प्रदेश में मुख्यमंत्री सीखो-कमाओ योजना लागू, प्रशिक्षण के बाद मिलेगा प्रमाण पत्र
Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana: भोपाल (राज्य ब्यूरो)। कैबिनेट से मंजूरी मिलते ही प्रदेश में मुख्यमंत्री सीखो-कमाओ योजना लागू कर दी गई है। इसमें प्रशिक्षण के बाद युवाओं को प्रमाण पत्र भी दिया जाएगा। चयनित युवाओं को प्रतिमाह आठ से दस हजार रुपये दिए जांएगे। योजना के क्रियान्वयन के लिए सरकार प्रतिष्ठानों से अनुबंध भी करेगी। योजना में एक लाख युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण दिलाने का प्रारंभिक लक्ष्य रखा गया है।
तकनीकी शिक्षा एवं कौशल विकास विभाग ने योजना को लागू करने के आदेश जारी किए। इसमें प्रदेश के 18 से 29 वर्ष के वे स्थानीय निवासी युवा पात्र होंगे, जिनकी शैक्षणिक योग्यता 12वीं, आइटीआइ, स्नातक या स्नाकोत्तर होगी।
चयनित युवाओं को छात्र प्रशिक्षणार्थी कहा जाएगा। इन्हें मध्य प्रदेश राज्य कौशल विकास एवं रोजगार निर्माण बोर्ड द्वारा स्टेट काउंसिल फार वोकेशनल ट्रेनिंग का प्रमाण-पत्र दिया जाएगा।
योजना से देश और प्रदेश के प्रतिष्ठित औद्योगिक तथा निजी संस्थानों को जोड़ा जाएगा। प्रतिष्ठान अपने कुल कार्यबल के 15 प्रतिशत की संख्या तक युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण दे सकेंगे। योजना का संचालन मुख्य सचिव की अध्यक्षता में गठित साधिकार समिति करेगी।

Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana: Bhopal (State Bureau). As soon as the approval was received from the cabinet, the Chief Minister's Learn-Earn scheme has been implemented in the state. In this, certificates will also be given to the youth after the training. The selected youth will be given eight to ten thousand rupees per month. The government will also enter into contracts with establishments for the implementation of the scheme. An initial target has been set to provide training to one lakh youth in the scheme.
The Department of Technical Education and Skill Development issued orders to implement the scheme. In this, those local residents of the state in the age group of 18 to 29 years will be eligible, whose educational qualification will be 12th, ITI, graduation or post-graduation.
The selected youth will be called student trainees. They will be given the certificate of the State Council for Vocational Training by the Madhya Pradesh State Skill Development and Employment Generation Board.
Prestigious industrial and private institutions of the country and the state will be connected with the scheme. Establishments will be able to train youth up to 15 percent of their total workforce. The scheme will be operated by the Empowered Committee constituted under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary.
