Any UG/PG/MBA with Prior Experience in Corporate Sales

 

Note: MBA/PGDM from IIM/IIT/NIT/DU/JNU will Be preferred if he/she is having 2+Years of Corporate Sales, Marketing, vendor Development, or Franchise Development Experience

 

Experience: 5+ Years to 20 Years (Relevant Experience –Minimum of Years is required)

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Market Research & Market Mapping

·      Conducting Market Research (Primary Research Survey Data Collection ) /Data Scrapping from the Internet /Desk Research.

·      Market Research Questionnaire Design-Survey Data Collection, Analysis, Report Making

 

2. Corporate / Institutional Lead Generation

·      Through desk research – collecting /scrapping data (like-office name, owner name, contact number, email id, website, city, etc.) from the Internet

·      Proposal Writing, email writing, then appointment setting for in-campus meetings with the Head of the Institutions such as Directors, Training & Placement Heads, Managers, HoDs, and Business Owners of the coaching centers (Providing coaching for IIT JEE, CUET, NEET, Banking, SSC, etc) / NSDC Training Centers / ITI Colleges/ Polytechnic Colleges / Degree Colleges / Universities

·      PowerPoint Presentation, Agreement /Contract Letter Signup

 

3. Institutional Level Market Research / Mass Counseling & Survey

·      Visiting different institutes for mass presentations, mass counseling, and mass recruitment purposes- giving presentations about the Apprenticeship Program to the youths/students aged 14 Years to 40 Years.

·      During the presentation ask the youths/candidates/students to fill out and submit the Apprenticeship Awareness Survey cum Scholarship Form provided by the NETAPS.

·      In 15 days- covering at least 15 IIT/NEET/SSC coaching /training centers, 15 colleges (Including High Schools, Intermediate colleges, ITI, Polytechnic, Degree Colleges, Teachers Training Colleges, etc)

 

4. Telecounseling /Virtual Counseling /In-Person Meet Counseling

·      Through Telecounseling /Virtual Counseling /In-Person Meet Counseling interacting with the youths/candidates/students/parents –understanding their problems, and suggesting the right career & educational path for them.

·      Providing /sharing knowledge with them, like, discussing the list of the benefits of Apprenticeship Based Education or Higher Education while Preparing for the government's exams like SSC, Police, UPSC, Banking, etc.

·      Educating and convincing them for Earn While You Learn Program /Apprenticeship Degree Program or telling them "How HE/SHE can fill the educational gap/career gap while preparing for the competitive exams

·      Educating the youths (with the help of the institutional head/HoDs) –the power of practical-based learning or industrial-based learning.

 

5. Franchise Partner & New Vendor Development, Agreement, and Training

·      Through desk research and market scanning process–finding educational consultants, recruitment consultants, retail consultants, market research consultants, NGOs, or individual senior professionals /leaders whoever is interested in setting own venture/office as Recruitment, Counseling, Training Centers for their Society.

·      Finding such partners –whoever is involved in social services works like women empowerment, livelihood mission, rural level training & counseling, working for socially cut of youths, or working for LGBTQ

·      Giving detailed presentation, answering and clarifying the doubts of all the questions (pertaining to the wellness, and upgrade of the youths & business) asked by the Franchise Partners.

·      Drafting email as per requirements of the Franchise Partner/Vendor –sharing the same with stakeholders for approval, and agreement signup.

·      Providing/facilitating regular virtual and/ Or On-site training to the Franchise Partners / Vendors /Team/ Stakeholder

·      Help the stakeholders in setting up and running the office, motivating the team /vendors with regular meetings /interaction, and making the center profitable.

 

6. Report Writing/ P&L Presentation

·      Creating timely reports, and white papers, finding, updates about industry, and sharing on social media pages

·      Creating monthly P&L reports of their geography, region, team, franchise partners, and vendors, and sharing them with the management.

 

7. Adhoc Basis Requirements

·      Candidate must be flexible in terms of working hours, ready to take on new projects, and assignments on an ad-hoc basis, must have the ability to lead from the front, minimum support requirement, and ability to work in Remote Environment.

·      Must be proficient in the use of virtual media like Microsoft Team, Zoom, Google Meet, Google docs

·      Must have own Laptop (mandatory), Broadband Internet Connection.

 

 

 

About NETAPS

NETAPS Foundation is an NGO working on a Govt project called Apprenticeship Degree Program- where we provide and facilitate almost FREE Industry Specific Education (like, ITI, Polytechnic, Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Nursing, Paramedical Sciences, BE/Med, Ph.D., etc) i.e. after admission in any technical or professional course from 1st month onward candidates are given an apprenticeship or job of their field of study & choice. Here, candidates learn 90% of practicals directly from industry experts and 10% from theoretical classes only after working hours or on weekends.  During the study period, candidates get Stipend starting from 10000 to 45000 Per Month and a 100% job guarantee post successful completion of the training. At least after one year, the candidate gets Apprenticeship Certificate from Central Govt + Regular Degree approved by AICTE/UGC/PCI/INC /NCTE/BCI + 2 to 6 Years of Experience Certificate +Foreign Language Training Certificate + Computer Training Certificate + English Training Certificate + Abroad Job Opportunity with the help of the NETAPS.

 

NETAPS RS 50 LAKHS SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

This Scheme is for Indian students (8th, 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, UG/PG, and Ph.D.) who are economically weak and is an initiative by the NETAPS FOUNDATION. The scheme aims to recognize and promote Apprenticeship / practical education beyond Class 8th among all economically weaker section students. A total of 10,000 fresh scholarships are disbursed every year under this scheme.

 

OUR VISION

To become one point of contact, as a mentor, guide, educational & career counselor, trainer, like a parent, for the country's youth especially, those staying in rural areas- and who are 

·      academically weak 

·      socially disconnected (e.g. tribal youths) 

·      economically weak or BPL(below the poverty line) category youth, 

·      poor or don't know English communication, and

·      poor or don't know computer communication, in providing & facilitating at almost free of cost- social security (like health and medical insurance), employment, practical and stipend-based education in the world. 

 

OUR MISSION

·      Mission to recruit, train, and counsel, with 100% employment to 50, 000, 00 (Ten Lakhs) youths/ candidates through Apprenticeship Degree Program in the next 5 years

·      Mission to empower 20,000,00 (20 Lakhs Women/Girls) by facilitating them directly – free* education, apprenticeship, and employment in the next 3 years

·      Mission to reach and connect with 10, 00,000 (Ten Lakhs) school-level students and educate them on digital technologies (8th to 10th level) annually.

·      Mission to recruit and deploy 5000 employees in NETAPS under Apprenticeship Degree Program across India.

 

OBJECTIVES OF NETAPS

1.   To support LEFT OUT candidates due to any reasons such as-

 

 I.        Financially Weak Youths

 II.        Academically Weak Youths

 III.        Socially Disconnected Youths (E.g. Tribal Youths)

 IV.        Failed Category Youths

 

2.    To convert 90% of the theoretical Education & 10% Practical Education System of the colleges/universities into 90% of Practical Education & 10% of Theoretical education. (E.g. Mechanic, Electrician)

3.   To remove the barrier of finance of the parents for any education from 8th Class to Ph.D. Level.

4.    To Create Employers /Entrepreneurs/ Business Professionals in Society not just Employees.

5.   To send 25000 candidates(25% of the 2Lakh) to overseas markets such as Gulf Countries, Canada, Australia, etc. as Skilled, Experienced Employees with a minimum salary range of $60,000 to $120,000 Per Year.

6.    To create a pool of Investors, a minimum of 250 investors annually, for India.

7.   To improve the Gross Income of the Society through overseas employment and practical bases / apprenticeship-based education, and in turn helping in our country's GDP and matching as per the vision of the Prime Ministers 5 Trillion economies.

8.    To fill the gap of education and employment, specially, from Rural Areas, Tribal Areas.

9.   To provide/facilitate almost FREE EDUCATION and FREE COUNSELING @Pin Level

10. To give positive direction to the energy of the country's youth, especially to the teenage (15 years to 30 years)

11. To remove the myth of the ENGLISH through Practical Based Education & Training

12. To provide/facilitate all the education & training in regional language.

13. To provide/facilitate all the education & training directly by the IIT and Industry Experts.

14. To promote and facilitate Apprenticeship Based Education and tell the importance of such education to society.

15. To provide financially independent youth through STIPEND LINKED EDUCATION & TRAINING.

16. To provide/facilitate financial and digital literacy training and secure them financially secure at 50% cost of the insurance premium.

17. Providing and facilitating an annual package of at least Rs 5 lakh per annum to all NETAPS candidates before the completion of the course.
