Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in outreach, counseling, admissions, and recruitment, with proven experience in managing large-scale educational or workforce initiatives.

Job Location: Across India (State-wise openings available, excluding Bangalore for Karnataka).
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Engagement with Institutes/Colleges:
- Schedule meetings with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) or college management to present the vision, mission, and objectives of NETAPS Foundation.
- Deliver presentations showcasing how NETAPS Foundation's Campus Recruitment and Counseling Program can support colleges in boosting admissions and providing enhanced career opportunities for students.
2. Pre-placement and Recruitment Activities:
- Organize and conduct pre-placement talks and campus hiring events.
- Facilitate candidate registrations and ensure accurate completion of inquiry and attendance forms during recruitment drives.
3. On-site Counseling and Program Implementation:
- Outreach and Recruitment Initiatives:
- Conduct weekly counseling sessions for 800-1,000 candidates as part of the RDIE Project (RAW DATA to Investors & Entrepreneurship Program) in collaboration with NSDC International and MSME.
- Career Counseling:
- Provide guidance on career pathways with a focus on entrepreneurship and investment opportunities under the RDIE framework.
- Higher Education Counseling:
- Counsel candidates on balancing higher education with employment, emphasizing flexible EMI-based fee payment options.
- Health and Medical Insurance Counseling:
- Educate candidates about the importance of medical insurance when joining industrial plants.
- Assist in completing and submitting health and medical forms as part of pre-employment formalities.
- Financial and Investment Counseling:
- Promote financial planning strategies like creating emergency funds and arranging VISA fees through systematic investment plans (SIPs).
- Highlight how investment returns can cover essential expenses like course fees.
- Abroad Settlement Counseling:
- Guide candidates through passport and VISA formalities, managed by NETAPS Foundation, for seamless international relocation.
- Entrepreneurship Counseling:
- Encourage entrepreneurship through specialized training programs like PGDM from IIMs or EDI.
- Detail NETAPS Foundation's support in setting up businesses, including registration, machinery, client acquisition, investor connections, office setup, and manpower support.
- Highlight opportunities for candidates to lead as Directors, Founders, or Co-Founders, creating employment for 25-30 individuals.
4. Recruitment and Admissions:
- Conduct mass recruitment drives and facilitate admissions for higher education programs under NETAPS Foundation's Earn While You Learn Program.
- Collaborate with academic and industry partners to ensure seamless enrollment in work-study programs.
5. Project Implementation:
- Oversee the implementation of RDIE project objectives, converting students into entrepreneurs and investors through structured training and mentorship.
- Coordinate with regional and international offices to align recruitment strategies with RDIE goals.
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, and organizations to expand outreach initiatives.
- Conduct awareness programs to highlight NETAPS Foundation's initiatives and their role in advancing educational and economic growth.
7. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of 5 interns, volunteers, or executives to meet project KPIs.
- Monitor team performance and ensure the timely and effective execution of outreach and recruitment plans.
8. Coordination with Hiring Managers:
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand client/company hiring and onboarding requirements.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly interview lineups and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
9. Video Testimonials Submission:
- Collect and submit video testimonials from each candidate daily without fail.
- Note: Performance will not be considered for any candidate or day without submitting the required video testimonials.
