Step-by-Step Process: RDIE (Raw Data Into Investors & Entrepreneurship)

Objective: To convert raw, semi-skilled, or unskilled individuals into experienced professionals, investors, or entrepreneurs who create employment opportunities and contribute to the economic ecosystem.


1. Sourcing Raw Data

  • Collect data on semi-skilled and unskilled individuals from various sources (e.g., rural areas, NGOs, employment boards).
  • Profile individuals based on their aspirations, education level, and potential.

2. Counseling and Guidance

  • Conduct career counseling sessions to identify interests and aptitudes.
  • Map individuals to tailored career paths under the program (employment, entrepreneurship, or further education).

3. Deployment as Trainee Employees

  • Place candidates in multinational corporations (MNCs) under a "Learn and Earn" model.
  • Candidates work as trainee employees while pursuing part-time degrees or diplomas.
  • Stipends are provided to support their living and learning expenses.

4. Gaining Experience and Qualifications

  • Candidates acquire 3-4 years of work experience in MNCs.
  • They complete degrees, diplomas, or certifications simultaneously.

5. Assessment and Categorization

  • After completing their tenure, candidates undergo a test to assess their readiness for entrepreneurship or opportunities abroad.
  • Two categories emerge:
    • Investor Batch: Candidates interested in international opportunities.
    • Entrepreneur Batch: Candidates ready for business ownership.

6. Specialized Training for Entrepreneurs

  • Entrepreneur Batch undergoes a 2-year professional entrepreneurship training at top institutions such as IIM, EDI, or IIT.
  • Training focuses on business strategy, financial management, leadership, and market analysis.

7. Resource Facilitation by NETAPS Foundation

  • Provide resources required for business setup, including:
    • Company registration and legal compliance.
    • Infrastructure (land, machinery, office setup).
    • Workforce (skilled and semi-skilled manpower).
    • Client sourcing and project identification.
    • Seed funding and investor connections.

8. Business Ownership Transfer

  • Handover the fully operational business setup to the entrepreneur.
  • Guide the entrepreneur on operational management and business scalability.

9. Establishing Employment Opportunities

  • Entrepreneurs are encouraged to employ at least:
    • 25-30 professional employees for core operations.
    • 20+ semi-skilled or unskilled individuals to give them learning and earning opportunities.

10. Continuous Growth and Mentorship

  • NETAPS provides ongoing mentorship and monitoring to ensure business growth.
  • Entrepreneurs are encouraged to replicate the process by offering similar opportunities to new entrants.
