2. Counseling and Guidance

3. Deployment as Trainee Employees
- Place candidates in multinational corporations (MNCs) under a "Learn and Earn" model.
- Candidates work as trainee employees while pursuing part-time degrees or diplomas.
- Stipends are provided to support their living and learning expenses.
4. Gaining Experience and Qualifications
- Candidates acquire 3-4 years of work experience in MNCs.
- They complete degrees, diplomas, or certifications simultaneously.
5. Assessment and Categorization
- After completing their tenure, candidates undergo a test to assess their readiness for entrepreneurship or opportunities abroad.
- Two categories emerge:

- Provide resources required for business setup, including:
- Company registration and legal compliance.
- Infrastructure (land, machinery, office setup).
- Workforce (skilled and semi-skilled manpower).

- Seed funding and investor connections.
8. Business Ownership Transfer
- Handover the fully operational business setup to the entrepreneur.
