NETAPS.In, Est. June 2008, is a pioneering social service and management consulting organization. Objectives of NETAPS.in

  1. Support for Disadvantaged Youth: Providing opportunities for financially weak, academically struggling, socially disconnected (e.g., tribal youth), or failed category candidates.

  2. Practical-Oriented Education: Transforming the current system to focus 90% on practical education and 10% on theoretical concepts, especially for skill-based professions like mechanics and electricians.

  3. Financial Accessibility: Eliminating financial barriers for education from Class 8 to Ph.D.

  4. Creating Entrepreneurs: Encouraging the youth to become employers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders instead of just employees.

  5. Global Employment: Sending 50,000 candidates annually to overseas markets such as the Gulf, Canada, and Australia with minimum salaries of $30,000–$120,000 per year.

  6. Investor Pool: Building a pool of 250+ investors annually for India's economic growth.

  7. Economic Contribution: Enhancing gross income through overseas employment and practical, apprenticeship-based education, aligning with the Prime Minister's $5 trillion economy vision.

  8. Rural Outreach: Bridging the education-employment gap in rural and tribal areas.

  9. Free Education & Counseling: Providing nearly free education and counseling services at the grassroots level.

To be the ultimate mentor, guide, and educational and career counselor for youth, especially those from rural, economically weaker, or socially disconnected backgrounds. NETAPS.in aims to provide holistic support through free social security, employment, practical education, and stipend-based training in regional languages, ensuring inclusivity for:

Introduction

The RDIE Project (RAW DATA to Investors & Entrepreneurship) is a transformative initiative by NETAPS Foundation, in collaboration with NSDC International and MSME, aimed at empowering Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youthss to transition into successful investors and entrepreneurs. This SOP provides a structured framework for NGO partners to align their efforts with the project's goals, ensuring efficient implementation and impactful results.


Objective

To guide NGO partners in facilitating the identification, training, and transformation of Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youthss into entrepreneurs and investors, contributing to India's economic growth and achieving self-reliance.


Scope

This SOP applies to all NGO partners working with NETAPS Foundation under the RDIE Project to execute activities such as Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youths mobilization, training, mentoring, and entrepreneurship support.


Roles and Responsibilities

1. NETAPS Foundation

  • Provide funding, training modules, and resource materials.

  • Monitor and evaluate project progress.

  • Facilitate collaboration between NGO partners and government agencies.

  • Conduct regular workshops and capacity-building programs.

2. NGO Partners

  • Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youths Mobilization: Identify and enroll eligible Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youthss from underprivileged and marginalized backgrounds.

  • Training Support: Deliver industry-synergized training programs based on the curriculum provided by NETAPS Foundation.

  • Mentorship: Provide hands-on mentoring to help Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youthss understand entrepreneurship and investment opportunities.

  • Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with guidelines set by NETAPS Foundation.

  • Monitoring: Submit regular progress reports to NETAPS Foundation.


Implementation Process

NGO PARTNERS ONBOARDING & MOU

  1. Partnership Onboarding

    • Sign the MoU with NETAPS Foundation or get Authorization Certificate.

    • Attend an orientation session to understand the project's objectives, processes, and deliverables.

RDIE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Institutional Market Research Report

    • Create a list of available institutions/colleges/universities/skill development centers/coaching centers with details such as address, contact number, owner name, and email ID.

  2. Industrial Market Research Report

    • Create an industrial research report (list of available firms) for talent and industry mapping.

  3. Ranking of Institutions

    • Rank institutions on a scale of 1-5 based on education quality and placement.

  4. Market Segmentation

    • Divide the territory into four zones: North, East, South, and West.

  5. Institutional Segments

    • Identify the number of institutions available in each zone according to education quality (target institutions: categories 3, 4, and 5).

  6. Pre-placement Talk and Class Counseling Presentation Plan Design

    • Create presentation steps and rehearsal plan.

  7. Cold Call & Appointment with Institutions for Placement

    • Make cold calls and schedule appointments for pre-placement talks with institutional heads.

  8. Class-Level Counseling & Presentations

    • Conduct 8 levels of counseling and presentations about the RDIE Project.


Types of Counseling for NGO Partners

Below is a comprehensive list of counseling types NGO partners must perform under the RDIE Project:

1. Raw Data Identification & Counseling

  • Audience Attendance cum Awareness Survey: Collect attendance and awareness data.

  • Career Counseling According to Hobbies: Help Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youthss identify career opportunities aligned with their skills and interests.

2. Academic Counseling

  • Support Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youthss in selecting courses or certifications that align with entrepreneurial goals.

  • Guide Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youthss on balancing academics with practical training.

3. Investor Mentality Counseling (Mandatory)

  • Encourage Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youthss to work abroad, earn foreign currency, and invest in India.

  • Guide Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youthss on choosing the right path to earn ₹2-6 lakhs/month.

4. Entrepreneurship Mentality Counseling (Mandatory)

  • Prepare Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youthss to become entrepreneurs, GST holders, and role models, creating employment for at least 25 people.

5. Financial Literacy cum Mental Health and Well-Being Counseling

  • Provide mental health support and financial literacy education, including:

    • Importance of term, health, and travel insurance.

    • Monthly financial planning and budgeting.

6. Personal Development Counseling

  • Develop essential soft skills such as communication, leadership, and time management.

  • Boost confidence and growth mindset.

7. Legal and Compliance Counseling

  • Educate Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youthss on required documents and the importance of authenticity.

8. Social Impact Counseling

  • Promote ethical business practices and corporate social responsibility.

  • Encourage social entrepreneurship.

9. Technology and Digital Literacy Counseling

  • Prepare Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youthss for technical skills in demand, including AI, blockchain, and IoT.

10. Networking and Partnership Counseling

  • Guide Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youthss in building professional networks and partnerships.

11. Overseas Opportunities Counseling

  • Provide information on NETAPS' international programs and opportunities to work or expand businesses abroad.


Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youths Identification and Enrollment

  1. Conduct outreach campaigns in local communities and schools/colleges.

  2. Use NETAPS-approved criteria to select Socially Economically, and Academically Underserved Teenagers & Youths with potential for OJT.

  3. Ensure a 50:50 gender balance for inclusivity.

Documentation & Form Collection

  • Collect forms including:

    • Shortlisted Candidate Confirmation Form

    • OJT Job Joining Form

    • Technical Education Admission Form

    • Insurance Forms (Term, Health, Investment)

    • Salary Account Opening Form

    • Visa Application Form, etc.

Verification

  • Verify academic certificates, experience, and training records.

Video Testimonials Recording

  • Submit daily video testimonials without fail.

OJT Follow-up

  • Track admissions, retention, and progress in various stages, including abroad move and entrepreneurship.


Monitoring and Reporting

  1. Submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly progress reports.

  2. Participate in quarterly review meetings with NETAPS Foundation.
