🎯 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Village Team Management (Core Responsibility)
Recruit, onboard, and manage Gram Mitra / Gram Sakhi or 1 trainee per village within the assigned block
Allocate village-wise targets and monitor daily/weekly performance
Conduct regular follow-ups, motivation sessions, and corrective actions
Ensure discipline, attendance, and reporting accuracy across villages
2️⃣ Survey, Household Activation & Demand Generation
Plan and supervise village-level household surveys
Ensure minimum active households per village as per company targets
Drive daily grocery, medicine, and household demand generation
Ensure Gram Mitra visits households morning and evening where applicable
3️⃣ Data Management, Reporting & MIS
Collect, verify, and consolidate village-wise data in Excel format
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Track key metrics such as:
Active houses
Orders/items per house
Revenue per village
Gram Mitra performance
Laptop with strong Excel proficiency is mandatory.
4️⃣ Coordination with Call Center & Distributors
Act as the link between Gram Mitra, Call Center, and Distributors
