👔 Experience
2–12 years
Experience in Education Sales or Insurance Sales will be preferred.
🎯 Role Overview
As an Admission Manager / Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding the university's reach by engaging with schools, coaching institutes, and educational stakeholders, generating quality student leads, and supporting admissions growth within your assigned territory.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Visit coaching institutes, schools, and educational institutions as per assigned territory
Present the university's brand, courses, and value proposition
Generate, track, and follow up on student and admission leads
Build long-term relationships with school management, coaching faculty, and institutional professionals
Conduct presentations, seminars, and counselling sessions when required
Coordinate with admissions, counselling, and operations teams
Maintain daily visit reports and CRM lead updates
🎓 Preferred Qualification
Graduation / Post-Graduation in any discipline
🛠 Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence in field sales and institutional outreach
Relationship-building and negotiation capabilities
Willingness to travel locally and work on targets
Basic understanding of the Education / EdTech ecosystem is an added advantage
